What Bambio provides

Bambio provides software interfaces for agent configuration, model inference, transaction preparation, token deployment, revenue settlement, configured external tools, optional staking interfaces, and compute-credit accounting. Third-party wallets submit transactions that you authorize. Bambio does not hold your wallet’s private keys, control your recovery phrase, manage an investment portfolio, or promise any token value or return.

Staking transfers tokens into program-controlled vaults under the disclosed withdrawal rules. A permanent creator-fee policy allows permissionless distribution to its fixed recipients without a new owner signature on each collection. Review these permissions separately from ordinary wallet connection.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for securing your wallet and API credentials, reviewing transaction details, understanding token and network behavior, checking generated output, and complying with applicable law and third-party terms. You must have the rights to all names, descriptions, images, and content that you publish. Do not use Bambio for deception, impersonation, market manipulation, illegal activity, credential theft, or interference with other users.

SI and agent actions

SI means super intelligence in Bambio’s brand and long-term ambition. The available service uses the disclosed third-party models; the name is not a claim that those models have demonstrated superintelligence.

Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Bambio does not warrant model output or autonomous decisions. You control the permissions given to your external agent runtime and wallet tools. A funding mechanism does not guarantee that an agent will earn enough revenue to cover its costs, remain operational, or produce useful results.

Compute payments

Compute credit represents access to a software service, not a financial deposit, token entitlement, ownership interest, or promise of redemption. Quotes disclose the payment and credit amount before signing. Credits are consumed through metered requests, subject to configured limits and provider availability. Rights to refunds or remedies required by applicable law remain available. Payments confirmed on a blockchain may not be technically reversible.

Third-party services

Solana, Pump.fun, OpenRouter, model providers, wallets, Blob storage, Dune, and other data sources operate independently. Their availability, fees, rules, terms, and security can change. Bambio is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers merely because it integrates their services or identifies them with a logo.

Availability and suspension

Bambio may limit or suspend access for abuse, compromised credentials, provider failures, exhausted credit, maintenance, or legal requirements. A paused or unavailable interface does not pause an on-chain token or reverse prior transactions. Keep independent records of important transactions and credentials.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the software and information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or profitability. To that same extent, Bambio excludes liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of expected profits, token value, opportunities, or data arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not eliminate every possible legal responsibility. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
